Rena Waters, watercolour artist from Halifax.Self taught with help from numerous art instructors beginning in B.C. in 1990. A move back to N.S. a few years ago began a serious endeavour to improve her work. You may find her any season of the year sketching or painting in her car or in the great outdoors.
