How to get to the Deportation Cross from the Visitor Centre...

When leaving the parking lot of the Grand-Pré National Historic Site of Canada, turn RIGHT onto Grand-Pré Road. (See map below)

After 400 metres, turn LEFT on Old Post Road.

After 1.1 km, the road comes to an end at Horton Cross Road. Turn LEFT. After about 300 metres, turn RIGHT on King Road, and come to the first stop sign (Wharf Road).

Turn LEFT on Wharf Road. The road veers first to the right and, after the railroad tracks, to the left. You pass in front of a farm on your right. Immediately after the white farm house, turn RIGHT on the gravel road and drive for 150 metres. You're there!
